This ever growing collection started in 2000, coincidentally my gym located closed to top galleries in Amsterdam. Passing three times a week brought me to see the exhibitions. Felt in love with one artwork,. bought it and then it started to become a passion as well as addiction.
Starting from photography, I venture easily to other media. As one can see, the majority of the works here are figurative as I see them as the extension of my imagination, fantasy as well as my perceptions of beauty.
The process of choosing an artwork, starts from my own narration around an artwork, then I attempt to comprehend the artist’s intentions.These art pieces represent my life journey: emotion, time and place; represent momentum of my life. It is seldom love at the firt sight, hesitations, doubts may come in the way. The whole process somehow delivers excitement, adventures and joy.
